Where are you based?
Letters for Juliet is based in York area.
Where do you deliver to?
Although Letters for Juliet is based in the York area, we also supply to Selby, and Leeds, depending on the distance a delivery charge may apply, feel free to contact us to discuss your delivery needs.
When do you deliver?
We know what it is like on the run up to your BIG day and you have a million and one things to consider, but rest assured you will not need to worry about us. Where possible, we will contact the venue to see whether we can set up the day/evening before, otherwise we will be there first thing on the day to ensure your lights are ready to “WOW” your guests as they arrive.
What Letters do you have?
We currently have a variation of LOVE and initials, including an ampersand (&). We are always looking to expand our collection and will be happy to take on custom letters or designs.
How tall are your letters?
We currently have a range of 4ft and 5ft letters available. Custom sizes are also an option so contact us to discuss your ideas.
Do you have different bulbs?
Yes, we currently offer LEDs in Classic Warm White or Fairground Warm White.
Are your lights dimmable?
Yes, all of our lights are installed with a dimmer switch to create the perfect ambiance for your big day.
How much is a hire?
At Letters for Juliet we don’t price per letter, but are able to discount on multiple purchases such as LOVE or Initials. Feel free to get in contact to discuss your requirements and what we can do for you.
How much is your deposit?
On booking we will ask for a deposit of £75.00 which will reserve the date of your occasion.
When is the full final balance due?
The final balance of your booking will be due 28 days prior to your occasion.
Are your lights PAT tested?
Yes, all of our products are regularly PAT tested to give you and your venue peace of mind, and safety is at the forefront of what we do. Once you have secured your booking you can provide us with your venues details and we can supply a copy of our PAT testing certificates.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Once you have secured your booking, please provide us with your venues details and we can supply our insurance documents.
